INCABOUND is a travel agency and tour operator offering services to both end customers and national and international wholesale travel agencies. We offer payment methods tailored to each client’s needs.

1. Cash payment
Cash payments can be made in person at our sales office, in local currency (soles – S/) or in US dollars (US$), according to the established rate for the contracted service.
Counterfeit bills or coins are not accepted. If any are detected, action will be taken in accordance with the law.

2. Bank transfers and deposits
Payments made by bank transfer or deposit will only be valid once the customer sends proof of the transaction to the bank accounts designated by INCABOUND.

3. Payment via payment link (Niubiz and Izipay)
The client must request the corresponding rate for card payments and the payment link from their travel advisor.
They must then complete their personal information, enter their card details, and proceed with payment.
Once the process is complete, payment confirmation will be sent to the email address registered with INCABOUND.

Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.

4. Card payment at the office (POS – Izipay)
The customer must request the card payment service and present their card at the POS terminal in our branch. The PIN and/or signature will be entered, depending on the card type.
The receipt will be sent via text message to the customer’s mobile phone number.

Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.

5. Payment validation
All payments made by any of the aforementioned means must be validated by INCABOUND to ensure the proper execution of the transaction and the delivery of the contracted services.
