About Prices:

The prices set at the time of booking include only the services contracted by the client and detailed in the vouchers and tickets provided.

Taxes, fees, duties or other applicable charges at the destination, according to the laws of each country, may be subject to increases or modifications without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to verify and pay these charges to the competent authorities (Consulate or government entity) at the destination.

It is the client’s responsibility to present a valid credit card in the corresponding cardholder’s name at check-in for the contracted land services. This card must be linked to any guarantees that may be required by providers at the destination. The rates and conditions of such guarantees may vary depending on the type of service and its duration.

About Cancellations, Changes and Refunds:

Any changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and restrictions of the airline ticket and each service provider or hotel establishment. As such, refunds may be full, partial, or in some cases, non-refundable.

Response times for refund requests will depend on the processing periods established by each provider or establishment.

It is the client’s responsibility to have been properly informed about cancellation policies, change conditions, and refund terms at the time of booking, directly through their sales channel.

To request cancellation and refund of contracted services, the client must contact the corresponding sales channel, either in person at the sales office or by calling the following phone number…

Responsibilities:

INCABOUND is not responsible for the loss, suspension, or modification of contracted services (hotels, transfers, etc.) due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, security issues, or acts of third parties over which INCABOUND has no influence, as well as in cases of force majeure.
It will also not be responsible for the lack or defect of the client’s documentation (passport, visa, insurance, medical requirements, etc.). If the client must cancel or abandon their trip due to a lack or irregularity in said documents, they will be solely responsible for the corresponding expenses, and the conditions established in the previous section will apply.

INCABOUND is only committed to fulfilling the services detailed in the vouchers issued and delivered through the corresponding sales channel. Any additional expenses or services not specified in said vouchers will be the passenger’s responsibility. Likewise, any inconvenience related to services contracted directly by the client with third parties will be their sole responsibility.
The passenger confirms that they have been duly informed by the sales representative about the documents required to enter/exit the destinations included in the tour package.

INCABOUND acts as an intermediary in the provision of the contracted services; therefore, its liability—like that of its suppliers—is limited to the quality of the intermediation. It is not liable for deficiencies in the services provided by suppliers, nor for material or personal damages caused to the client by the actions of third parties.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carry the corresponding vouchers during their trip, which must be delivered to the service provider at their destination. Failure to present them may result in the provider denying service, without INCABOUND incurring any liability.

Guests are advised to confirm check-in and check-out times directly with their hotel.

INCABOUND, as an intermediary, is not responsible for any damages or losses that passengers may suffer during their stay or when using services provided by third parties. However, customers have the right to file a claim directly with the service provider or the responsible third party.
