Cancellation and Refund Policy
This is an informational page about our cancellation and refund policy for tours and travel services offered by Inca Bound.
Overview
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if the request is made at least 30 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance: Full refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before start date: No refund.
- No-shows: No refund.
Booking changes
You may request changes to your booking (dates, names, or other details) up to 15 days before the tour begins. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Refund process
If your cancellation qualifies under our policies, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when booking.
Unused services
No refunds will be provided for voluntarily unused services during the tour (e.g., early departures, missed activities, or skipped meals).
Tours cancelled due to force majeure
If a tour is cancelled due to force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, government decisions, etc.), Inca Bound will offer rescheduling or a travel credit valid for use within the next 12 months. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
